The Process

Step 1: Getting plans

The first step of any commercial project is getting plans.  We recommend finding and architect/engineer who you trust who can create these plans for you. If you don’t know of anyone we have people that we can highly recommend.  The advantage of using a third party to create these plans is that even if you decide not to use us to build your project, your design will always be yours to keep. And any other contractor will still need a set of plans.

Step 2: Bid

Once we have your plans in hand we can use them to give you a bid.

Step 3: Permit and Begin

After your contract is accepted we will submit your plans for a permit under our license and then as soon as we get the permit back we can begin construction.

Our clients say it best…

“Calafata Construction upgraded my Electrical panel from 100 to 200 amps. Their Electricians worked hard, and did an excellent job. Wes and Sean coordinated the upgrade with SDGE, and San Diego City. We are very happy with the price and excellent results.”
